Flight Attendant Union elects new leadership

New leaders have taken the reins at the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA.

Elected in April at AFA´s annual convention, Sara Nelson became AFA International president, while Debora Sutor filled Sara´s former position as International vice president, and Kevin Creighan entered his third full term as International secretary-treasurer.

AFA is a union run by and for flight attendants. Nelson and Creighan have been United Airlines flight attendants for 18 and 36 years respectively. Sutor has been a flight attendant with Envoy Airlines, formerly American Eagle, for 25 years. Biographical information about the new officers is available at
