Envivio (NASDAQ: ENVI) said it has opened a new company office in Denver, Colorado, and expanded its customer support organization.
The Envivio Denver office is the headquarters for Americas customer support, and also includes sales and professional services for customers in the region. Lab facilities onsite will be available for customer training and demonstrations as well.
Multiple Envivio Tier 1 cable customers have significant operations in Denver. Envivio counts the two largest cable MSOs and the two largest telecom video service providers in the United States as customers, and Envivio software-based solutions encode and process tens of thousands of channels for multi-screen services across the country.
In addition to the new office and personnel in Denver, Envivio has also enhanced its worldwide support organization with the addition of Cyril Carlier as director of global customer support. He is based in Rennes, France.
