8×8, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGHT) said its fourth quarter 2014 total revenue increased 29 percent year-over-year to a record USD35.8m.
Channel and mid-market sales comprised a record 39 percent of new monthly recurring revenue sold in the quarter, a 47 percent increase compared with the same period last year.
Revenue from business customers increased 31 percent year-over-year to a record USD35.4m and represented 99 percent of total revenue.
Average monthly service revenue per business customer was a record USD287, compared with USD256 in the same period last year.
GAAP net loss for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014 was USD1.9m, or USD0.02 per diluted share, with USD2.2m in non-cash tax and USD2.4m in stock-based compensation expense in the quarter, compared with GAAP net income of USD1.7m, or USD0.02 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013.
Non-GAAP net income was USD3.3m, USD0.04 per diluted share, or 9 percent of revenue, for the quarter, compared with USD3.8m for the same period last year.
