Cover-All total revenues dip for Q1 2014

Cover-All Technologies Inc. (NYSE: COVR) said total revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2014 were USD5.2m compared to USD6.9m for the same period in 2013.

License revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2014 was USD808,000 compared to USD3.6m for the same period in 2013. Support Services revenue (which represents contracted continuing revenue) was USD2.1m for the three months ended March 31, 2014 compared to USD2.0m in the same period in 2013.

Professional Services revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2014 was USD2.3m compared to USD1.2m for the same period in 2013.

Operating income for the three months ended March 31, 2014 was USD531,000 compared to USD803,000 in the comparable period in 2013.

Net income for the three months ended March 31, 2014 was USD434,000, or USD0.02 per basic and diluted share, compared to USD705,000, or USD0.03 per basic and diluted share, in the same period of 2013.
