The Rubicon Project, Inc. (NYSE: RUBI) reported first quarter 2014 revenue was USD23m, up 39 percent year-over-year.
First quarter managed revenue was approximately USD130m, up 34 percent year-over-year, while non-GAAP loss per share was USD0.15.
Net loss was USD6.1m for the first quarter of 2014 compared to a net loss of USD2.2m in the first quarter of 2013. Net loss per share attributable to common stockholders on a GAAP basis was USD0.59 for the first quarter of 2014, based on 12.2m weighted-average shares outstanding. This compares to a net loss per share of USD0.28 for the first quarter of 2013, which was based on 11.3m weighted-average shares outstanding.
