Cardiff International plans purchase of low-income housing project

Cardiff International, Inc.´s (OTCBB: CDIF) (OTC: CDIF) said it has entered into a letter of intent agreement to acquire a turnkey business model in the low-income housing arena.

CEO Daniel Thompson said the company is “debt free, has great assets, good management, and high growth potential with lucrative margins.”

Thompson said, “This is our first acquisition as well as our first step moving forward. We want to be diversified in our holdings to minimize the impact of failure in any particular business.”

Cardiff is newly emerging as a holding company targeting the acquisition of undervalued, niche companies with high growth potential, income-producing commercial real estate properties and high return investments.
