Net income attributable to TDS shareholders and related diluted earnings per share were USD18.3m and USD0.16 respectively, for the first quarter of 2014, compared to USD1.4m and USD0.01, respectively, in the comparable period one year ago.
Year-over-year comparisons are affected by US Cellular´s divestiture transaction, the deconsolidation of certain US Cellular partnerships, and acquisitions at TDS Telecom, in 2013.
