CommVault Q4 2014 revenues up 13%

CommVault (NASDAQ: CVLT) said it has reported total revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014 were USD156.8m, an increase of 13 percent over the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013 and an increase of 2 percent sequentially.

Software revenue in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014 was USD79.0m, an increase of 10 percent year-over-year and flat sequentially. Services revenue in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014 was USD77.8m, an increase of 18 percent year-over-year and 5 percent sequentially.

For the full fiscal year, total revenues were USD586.3m, an increase of 18 percent over fiscal 2013. Software revenue for the full fiscal year was USD294.4m, an increase of 17 percent over fiscal 2013. Services revenue for the full fiscal year was USD291.9m, an increase of 19 percent over fiscal 2013.
