The Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) said its team´s joint light tactical vehicle has achieved 100,000 miles in the government´s engineering and manufacturing development reliability, availability and maintainability testing.
In August 2013, Lockheed Martin delivered 22 JLTVs to the US Army and Marine Corps for EMD testing, which will continue through the fall.
The Lockheed Martin Team´s JLTV is systems-engineered to provide the crew protection of mine resistant ambush protected vehicles, while returning crucial mobility, reliability and transportability to soldiers and marines.
