Rockwell Collins signs 5-year agreement for passenger processing services

Heathrow AOC Ltd, through the AOC Shared Systems Board, said it has awarded Rockwell Collins, through its recent acquisition of ARINC, a five-year contract that will place the company´s latest ARINC vMUSE common use passenger processing system (CUPPS) in all four common-use terminals at LHR, one of the world´s busiest airports.

As part of the agreement, LHR will upgrade terminals one through three to vMUSE, and install a new vMUSE system in terminal four. The vMUSE implementation will support more than 1,500 common-use workstations and up to 300 dedicated back office workstations.
