Value Place renovates hotel in American Fork, Utah

Value Place said it has announced the grand re-opening of its hotel in American Fork, Utah, following a USD500,000 renovation. This is one of three Value Place hotels currently open in Utah.

Inspired by guest feedback and competitive offerings, Value Place enhanced the property by upgrading lighting, beds, and televisions, as well as amenities including high-speed, wireless Internet.

The four-story, 121-room property is 30 minutes south of downtown Salt Lake City and less than 20 minutes north of Provo and is accessible from Interstate 15 off exit 278. There is abundant shopping, eating, and business adjacent to the property.

Value Place an economy extended-stay hotel brand with nearly 190 hotels located in 32 states. The company owns 75 of the properties and provides management services for both company- and franchise-owned locations. Its website is at ValuePlace.com.
