Air China facilitates 'Pilgrimage Tour'

17 March 2014

Air China said it plans to inaugurate Beijing-Yangon and Chengdu-Kunming-Yangon services on March 30.

At the end of 2013, Air China introduced nonstop services from Beijing to Chiang Mai and Siem Reap, and in 2014, the carrier will continue its “Pilgrimage Tour.”

The introduction of the two services will offer an additional transit option via Beijing for Southeast Asia travelers to Japan, South Korea, Europe, and America. Moreover, it will further improve Air China´s global route network with its hub in Beijing and solidify the role of Chengdu as Air China´s regional hub, making southwest China and other parts of the world more accessible to each other.
