Delta Air Lines Foundation gives USD50,000 to Nebraska nonprofit organizations

The Delta Air Lines Foundation said it has donated USD50,000 to support the efforts of charitable and nonprofit organizations that offer educational and wellness programs and provide assistance to those in need throughout Nebraska.

The Foundation´s giving benefits a diverse group of organizations in Lincoln and Omaha, including local chapters of the American Red Cross; United Way; YMCA; Junior Achievement; Community Foundation; Boys Town; as well as community food banks.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Delta employs nearly 80,000 employees worldwide and operates a mainline fleet of more than 700 aircraft.
