FICO sets sights to buy InfoCentricity

FICO (NYSE: FICO) said it intends to acquire InfoCentricity, a private, software-as-a-service-based predictive analytics software company based in Novato, California.

The transaction is expected to close in April, 2014, upon satisfaction of typical closing conditions. Although terms were not disclosed, the transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the company´s 2014 financial results.
