Finjan Holdings names new corporate counsel VP

Finjan Holdings, Inc. (OTC: FNJN) said it has appointed Miyun Sung as vice president, corporate counsel.

In this newly created role, Sung will have responsibility for SEC reporting, security issuance, corporate governance and M&A activities. She will report to Finjan´s chief financial officer, Shimon Steinmetz.

She earned her juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and her bachelor of arts degree from Cornell University, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to the bars of New York and the District of Columbia.

Founded in 1997, Finjan is one of the first companies to develop and patent proprietary technology and software that is capable of detecting previously unknown and emerging threats on a real-time, behavior-based basis, in contrast to signature-based methods of intercepting only known threats to computers, which were previously standard in the online security industry.
