MICROS Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRS) said that Salsarita´s Fresh Cantina, a Mexican fast casual concept, has selected MICROS Simphony Enterprise Solution for all corporate locations.
In conjunction with Simphony Point-of-Sale, Salsarita´s is deploying MICROS Simphony´s Reporting, Labor, Inventory, Loyalty, and Online Ordering modules. The solution is hosted in the MICROS Data Center.
Founded in 2000, Salsarita´s was acquired by franchise industry veteran Phil Friedman in 2011. Operating more than 80 locations in 19 states, including seven that are company-owned, Salsarita´s expects to have about 300 locations nationwide within five to six years.
