Gazpromneft-Aero contracts with Lufthansa for refueling

Gazpromneft-Aero said it has entered into a long-term contract with Lufthansa to refuel the airline´s cargo planes at Yemelyanovo International Airport in Krasnoyarsk.

This has allowed Gazpromneft-Aero to increase monthly fuel supplies to the Lufthansa Group in Russia by 80 percent from February 2014.

Lufthansa Group´s total fuel consumption reached over 7 600 tonnes in 2013. Gazpromneft-Aero currently operates at Domodedovo Airport, Moscow, supplying fuel for regular flights run by Swiss International Air Lines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Air Dolomiti, all of which operate under Lufthansa Group.
