Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: ASR) (BMV: ASUR), said it has announced results for the three- and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2013.
In the fourth quarter, EBITDA2 increased by 13.50 percent to Ps.761.79m, while total passenger traffic was up 8.99 percent.
Total revenues increased by 10.62 percent, reflecting increases of 8.36 percent in aeronautical revenues, 11.68 percent in non-aeronautical revenues, and 14.98 percent in construction services revenues.
Commercial revenues per passenger increased by 2.67 percent to Ps.75.38, and operating profit increased by 15.17 percent. EBITDA margin rose to 51.53 percent from 50.22 percent in 4Q12.
Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste is a Mexican airport operator with concessions to operate, maintain and develop the airports of Cancun, Merida, Cozumel, Villahermosa, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Huatulco, Tapachula and Minatitlan.
