AirFastTickets.com plans to accept Bitcoins

AirFastTickets.com said it plans to accept bitcoins, the decentralized digital currency that allows for peer-to-peer anonymous payments. The travel-booking agency is the first in both the US and Europe to accept the digital currency.

Launched in 2009, Bitcoin has received attention for its list of notable companies offering consumers the payment option of using the new currency. The products and services range from Virgin Galactic to online dating site, OkCupid, and Overstock.com.
