Ctrip 2013 Q4 net revenues up 31%

Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (NASDAQ: CTRP) said its net revenues were RMB1.4bn (USD238m) for the fourth quarter of 2013, up 31 percent year-on-year.

Gross margin was 73 percent for the fourth quarter of 2013, compared to 74 percent in the same period of 2012.

Income from operations was RMB183m (USD30m) for the fourth quarter of 2013, up 53% year-on-year. Excluding share-based compensation charges (non-GAAP), income from operations was RMB289m (USD48m), up 24 percent year-on-year.

Ctrip.com International is a leading travel service provider of hotel accommodations, ticketing services, packaged tours, and corporate travel management in China. Ctrip aggregates hotel and flight information to enable business and leisure travellers to make informed and cost-effective bookings. Ctrip also helps customers book vacation packages and guided tours.
