Advanced Processing & Imaging said that Grand Victoria Casino in Elgin, IL selected API´s OptiWorkFlow and OptiView solutions to help automate all the legacy paper workflow and record retrieval and retention processes, starting with their procurement process that includes purchasing, receiving and accounts payable.
Grand Victoria Casino uses Redrock Software´s Procurement System and Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) Dynamics GP for accounts payable but needed a workflow automation and document management solution to drive the entire process–from the original request to making payment against invoices. One important requirement was to be able to link all the associated paper documents such as multiple estimates, packing slips, and invoices to system information including requisitions, purchase orders and checks. Another requirement was being able to track single checks that addressed multiple invoices as well as multiple checks processed against one invoice.
Grand Victoria Casino is owned by a 50-50 partnership between RBG, LP, an affiliate of Hyatt Gaming Management, Inc., and MGM Mirage, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), with RBG as the managing joint venture partner.
For nearly two decades, Advanced Processing & Imaging, Inc. has been helping organizations across a wide range of industries reduce operating costs and increase productivity through more efficient business execution and diminished reliance on paper-based processes.
