Chorus Aviation completes early partial redemption of convertible debentures

Chorus Aviation Inc. (TSX: CHR.B) (TSX: CHR.A) (TSX: CHR.DB) said it has completed the early redemption of CDN60m of its convertible unsecured subordinated debentures that were due to mature on December 31, 2014.

Debentures of an aggregate principal amount of CDN20.21million remain outstanding following the redemption.

Chorus was incorporated on September 27, 2010 and is a dividend-paying holding company which owns Jazz Aviation LP and a number of other companies involved in aviation related businesses.
