CEO succession planned at Bristow Group

Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: BRS) said that William E. Chiles, president and chief executive officer, will retire from those positions at the company´s annual meeting of shareholders on July 31, 2014, and be succeeded by Jonathan E. Baliff, Bristow´s senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Following the annual meeting, Chiles will also step down from the board of directors. He will remain an employee of Bristow Group in a consulting role through July 31, 2016. It is anticipated that Baliff will be nominated for election to the board at the annual meeting.
