Lockheed Martin support for FAA extended through 2017

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) said its work supporting foundational elements of the Federal Aviation Administration´s National Airspace System (NAS) will continue through October 2017.

The corporation was awarded a USD440m extension to the NAS Integration Support Contract (NISC), which it has held for the past four years.

Headquartered in Bethesda, Md., Lockheed Martin is a global security and aerospace company that employs approximately 115,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services.
