Rimini Street names 3 new directors

Enterprise software support provider Rimini Street, Inc. said it has expanded its board of directors by three members.

The new members are Thomas Ashburn, former president of Worldwide Field Operations at BEA Systems, Inc. (acquired by Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL)), Steve Capelli, former president of Worldwide Field Operations at Sybase, Inc. (acquired by SAP (NYSE: SAP)) and Margaret “Peggy” Taylor, former senior vice president of corporate operations at PeopleSoft, Inc. (acquired by Oracle). All three board members are veteran, accomplished leaders in the enterprise software industry with decades of board and operations experience.
