Informatica 2013 Q4 revenues up 18%

Informatica Corp. (NASDAQ: INFA) reported its total revenues for the fourth quarter of 2013 were USD276.0m, an increase of 18 percent from USD234.7m in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Software revenues were USD134.6m, an increase of 19 percent from USD112.8m in the fourth quarter of 2012. Within software revenues, license revenues were USD120.8m, up 16 percent year-over-year, and subscription revenues were USD13.7m, up 57 percent year-over-year.

Income from operations for the fourth quarter of 2013, calculated in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), was USD61.0m, up 37 percent from USD44.6m in the fourth quarter of 2012.

GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of 2013 was USD39.9m, up 28 percent from USD31.1m in the fourth quarter of 2012, and GAAP net income per diluted share was USD0.36, up 29 percent from USD0.28 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Non-GAAP income from operations for the fourth quarter of 2013 was USD81.2m, up 26 percent from USD64.7m in the fourth quarter of 2012. Non-GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of 2013 was USD54.8m, up 21 percent from USD45.2m in the fourth quarter of 2012 and non-GAAP net income per diluted share was USD0.49, up 20 percent from USD0.41 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2012.
