Jazz transforming aircraft parts into furniture to raise funds for charity

24 January 2014

Jazz Aviation LP said it is working with TSX-based design firm Creative Group Interiors to raise funds for charity.

Creative Group Interiors´ principal designer, Aisan Ahmadi, has taken retired aircraft parts from Jazz airplanes and transformed them into uniquely designed furniture. The pieces will be auctioned off at the Interior Design Show in TSX, with all proceeds going to charity.

This was made possible by 3 Points Aviation, a supplier and manufacturer of aircraft parts, who brought Jazz together with Ahmadi at Creative Group Interiors.

Creative Group Interiors is a TSX based design firm specializing in all aspects of residential and commercial design projects.

Jazz Aviation has a strong history in Canadian aviation with its roots going back to the 1930s. Jazz is wholly owned by Chorus Aviation Inc. (OTC: CRHVF). As the largest regional carrier in Canada, Jazz has a proven track record of industry leadership and exceptional customer service, and has leveraged that strength to deliver value to all its stakeholders.
