Delta gives fans chance to send messages to USSA Athletes headed to Sochi

As the official airline of the US Ski and Snowboard Association, Delta (NYSE: DAL) said it is providing fans with a direct connection to their favorite athletes and an opportunity to wish them #GoldLuck on the world´s biggest winter sports stage.

Fans can record a ten-second personalized video at a Delta #GoldLuck video kiosk at upcoming USSA Olympic qualifying events and share via Facebook and Twitter. All of the videos will be aggregated on Delta´s Facebook page to serve as motivation for the athletes in their endeavor to earn spots to represent the US Ski Team, US Snowboarding and US Freeskiing in Sochi.

Delta Air Lines offers customers more than 15,000 daily flights, with hubs in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York-LaGuardia, New York-JFK, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Salt Lake City and Tokyo-Narita.
