Seaborne Airlines begins service from San Juan to La Romana

Seaborne Airlines said it has started new service from San Juan Luis Munoz Marin International Airport to La Romana International Airport in La Romana, Dominican Republic.

Seaborne´s new route represents the only direct non-stop flight from San Juan to La Romana.

Currently operating Thursday and Sunday, Seaborne will offer daily service effective March 15, 2014. La Romana is one of the most popular destinations in the world, counting among its attractions the famous Altos de Chavon: a re-creation of a medieval European village. It is also a golfer´s dream destination with two major golf courses including Teeth of Dog and Dye Fore.

Seaborne Airlines has been operating in the Caribbean for over 20 years. Seaborne serves San Juan´s Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, Vieques, St. Thomas airport and seaplane bases, St. Croix airport and seaplane bases, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Dominica, Martinique, Guadeloupe, La Romana, Dominican Republic and St. Kitts and Nevis in January, 2014.
