California-based digital advertising technology company MediaShift Inc (OTCBB: MSHF) said that its subsidiary and travel advertising platform Travora Networks will assume the MediaShift name.
Travora Networks, purchased by MediaShift in February 2013, has been a leading global travel advertising platform since 2003 representing more than 300 travel publishing sites.
According to the firm, the name change follows a successful integration of Travora Networks into MediaShift, which has resulted in enhanced revenue opportunities through sales, marketing and account management synergies, and in cost reduction through operational integration.
MediaShift said its integrated platform provides advertisers access to more than 300m travelers each year across all access points in the travel lifecycle when researching travel, booking travel, at the airport, in a hotel, and in flight.
The company´s proprietary first-party data enables precise and pinpointed targeting of customer segments whether on a PC, tablet, or smartphone.
