Mexican carrier Aeromexico said it is teaming with travel technology provider Optiontown to roll out new programmes called Upgrade Travel Option UTo and Preferred Seat Option PSo.
Aeromexico said it is the first carrier to introduce these programmes in Mexico to enhance the travel experience of passengers.
The airline said it is planning to launch soon, several more interesting programmes from Optiontown, as part of the innovation and superb service the airline offers to its consumers to make their travel more comfortable.
Upgrade Travel Option, offers an opportunity to upgrade to Clase Premier of Aeromexico. UTo enables customers to enjoy the comfort and the unique style of Clase Premier, with all its benefits: priority check-in, priority boarding and disembarking.
Passengers would enjoy spacious seats, exclusive entertainment and a delightful complimentary menu of food and beverages.
While Preferred Seat Option is the programme that allows passengers to select their preferred seat(s) in AMPlus in the economy cabin, the first three rows of comfort and benefits as greater recline, priority in luggage handling, priority boarding and check-in at Premier counters.
The service is available on the entire Aeromexico network spanning from their Mexico City hub to more than 45 destinations in Mexico and 34 around the world, within North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Passengers can now add significant comfort to their travel experience by choosing options on the 600 daily flights booked with Aeromexico, which is a member of the SkyTeam alliance.
