Delta Air Lines declares USD 0.06 dividend for Q4

Atlanta USA-based Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.06 per share.

The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 6, 2013 and will be paid on Nov. 26, 2013.

Delta Air Lines serves more than 160m customers each year. Delta and the Delta Connection carriers offer service to 312 destinations in 56 countries on six continents.

The carrier employs nearly 80,000 employees worldwide and operates a mainline fleet of more than 700 aircraft. The airline is a founding member of the SkyTeam global alliance and participates in the trans-Atlantic joint venture with Air France-KLM and Alitalia.

Including its worldwide alliance partners, Delta offers customers more than 15,000 daily flights, with hubs in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York-LaGuardia, New York-JFK, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Salt Lake City and Tokyo-Narita.
