Lyris, Inc. (OTC: LYRI) reported its 2013 fiscal fourth quarter revenues were USD8.7m, down 2.7% from USD8.9m in the prior quarter and down 6.8% from USD9.3m in the same period last year.

Recurring revenue was 91% of total revenue in the fiscal fourth quarter compared to 88% of total revenues in the same period a year ago and 90% of revenues in the prior quarter.
