Mitel expands relationship with Black Box to target cloud growth

Building on the joint success from their longstanding partnership, Mitel (NASDAQ: MITL) and Black Box Corp. (NASDAQ: BBOX) have expanded their relationship to provide cloud-based communications, collaboration and customer care services.

Under the new agreement, Black Box will market, sell and support cloud communications services powered by Mitel nationwide in the US

The MiCloud suite includes cloud-based contact centers, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), hosted PBX, business-class mobile service and videoconferencing. Black Box will continue to provide clients with their unique portfolio of system design, implementation and 24×7 technical support capabilities while leveraging skilled technicians and network operations centers across the US
