Seattle USA-based carrier Alaska Airlines (NYSE: ALK) said it has started nonstop service between Portland Oregon and Atlanta Georgia in the US.
To mark the new service, Alaska is offering a one-way fare of USD 149. Fares must be purchased by Aug. 28, require a 14-day advance purchase, and are valid for travel from Sept. 9 through Nov. 20.
The airline is also offering double Mileage Plan miles onPortland-Atlanta flights for travel between Aug. 26 and Oct. 31, 2013.
Alaska Airlines, together with its partner regional airlines, serves 95 cities through an expansive network in Alaska, the Lower 48, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico.
