Seattle USA-based Alaska Airlines (NYSE: ALK) said it has launched its annual fall fare sale with reduced fares throughout the United States and Canada, including the carrier´s newest markets of Colorado Springs, Colo., Omaha, Neb., and Salt Lake City.
Under the deal, one-way fares start at USD 59 between San Jose, Calif., and Los Angeles; USD 79 between Seattle and Las Vegas; and USD 139 between San Diego and Boston.
Tickets require a 14-day advance purchase and must be bought by Aug. 13 for travel starting Sept. 4 for most markets except between Dallas and Portland, Ore., where travel begins Sept. 17; between Colorado Springs, Colo., and Seattle, where travel beginsNov. 1; between Seattle and Omaha, Neb., where travel begins Nov. 7; and between Portland and Reno, Nev., where travel beginsNov. 9.
All travel must be completed by Dec. 17 except travel to/from Hawaii, where travel must be completed by Nov. 19, and between Alaska and the contiguous United States, where travel must be completed by Nov. 20, 2013.
Alaska Airlines, together with its partner regional airlines, serves 95 cities through an expansive network in Alaska, the Lower 48, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico.
