UK travel food concession operator SSP said that its SSP America division has appointed Jagpreet Singh as general counsel and member of the company´s leadership team.
With more than 15 years of commercial legal experience, Singh comes to SSP from Venable LLP in Washington, DC where he served as a partner to the firm´s corporate group providing counsel on all aspects of corporate and commercial activity.
Singh will join SSP America with immediate effect, and will oversee the company´s legal, policy, compliance and regulatory affairs.
