GOL reports resignation of Ricardo Khauaja as vice president of Customers and Market

Latin American low-cost airline GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA (BM&FBovespa: GOLL4) (NYSE: GOL) announced on Friday that Ricardo Khauaja, vice president of Customers and Market, is to leave the company.

This will result in changes to the airline’s organisational structure, in that it now has two vice president positions, instead of three, which include Commander Adalberto Bogsan as the Technical-Operational vice president and Leonardo Pereira as the vice president of Finance and Strategy.

The company said that its Sales and Marketing departments are to report directly to the president, Constantino de Oliveira Jr.

GOL added that it will remove four directors and twenty-six middle and senior management positions, in line with its initiatives to adapt itself to the new operating capacity and the current macroeconomic environment.
